Senior IT Engineer

A company is looking for an IT Engineer III to enhance device management and network connectivity across remote offices.

Key Responsibilities

Design and manage the lifecycle of end-user computing devices and automate provisioning processes

Oversee the network infrastructure in remote offices, ensuring optimal performance and security

Act as an escalation point for complex IT issues and maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations and procedures

Required Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on experience in IT, focusing on end-user computing and network management

Proven expertise in automating device provisioning for Windows and macOS environments

Extensive experience with major MDM / UEM solutions and managing network hardware

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience

Relevant industry certifications are highly desirable
