[job_card.job_description]Du hast mehrjhrige B2B-Vertriebserfahrung in der Immobilienwirtschaft, Gebude- oder Energietechnik, FM-Dienstleistung, Telekommunikation, PropTech oder vergleichbarem Umfeld Du besitzt ein starkes Netzwerk & Marktverstndnis in den genannten Branchen, idealerweise mit Erfahrung im Umgang mit Wohnungsunternehmen oder Energiedienstleistern Dich prgt ein auergewhnlicher Drive und Ownership, um ein wachsendes Team voranzutreiben Du verstehst technische Konzepte wie IoT, Gateways, SaaS, Smart Metering, digitale Steuerungssysteme oder Datenanalyse im Gebudebetrieb Du arbeitest strukturiert, strategisch und eigenverantwortlich, mit einem hohen Ma an Kommunikationsstrke und Kundenorientierung Du sprichst sehr gutes Deutsch (C2) und gutes Englisch (mind. Deine Aufgabe
- Entwicklung des Vertriebsteams - Du identifizierst neue Kundenpotenziale, knpfst langfristige Partnerschaften und begleitest hin zum erfolgreichen Abschluss.
- Kundenpflege & strategischer Ausbau - Du betreust wichtigste Bestandskunden aus der Immobilien-, Gebude- oder Energiewirtschaft, erkennst Potenziale und entwickelst daraus nachhaltige Umsatzchancen.
- Taktische Beratung & Enablement - Du untersttzt sowohl das Team als auch unsere Kunden : Ob zu IoT-Plattform, Smart Metering oder Effizienzstrategien du vermittelst verstndlich technische Zusammenhnge und sorgst fr die richtigen Impulse bei Umsetzung und Skalierung.
- Stakeholder-Management auf Entscheider-Ebene - Du bewegst dich sicher im Gesprch mit C-Level, Technik- und Projektverantwortlichen in der Immobilien- und Energiewirtschaft und bringst dein Netzwerk und deine Branchenkenntnisse zielfhrend ein.
- Vertriebsstrategie & Weiterentwicklung - Du arbeitest eng mit den Operations- und Produktteams zusammen, analysierst Markttrends und Kundenfeedback und gestaltest so aktiv die Zukunft unserer Lsungen mit.
