Requirements :
- I require a minimum of 3 years of experience in IT support, ideally within a managed services environment.
- A strong understanding of Windows Server, Active Directory, Office 365, and Azure is essential.
- Experience with networking protocols and services such as DNS, DHCP, and VPN is expected.
- Familiarity with a wide range of managed services provider (MSP) platforms and security tools, including backup solutions, Endpoint Detection and Response (EDR), Managed Detection and Response (MDR), Security Information and Event Management (SIEM), and perimeter security technologies, is crucial to ensure resilient IT infrastructure protection.
- An associate degree or higher in technology, or equivalent certifications (CompTIA Network+, Security+, Microsoft SC / AZ) is preferred.

Responsibilities :
I need you to identify priorities and respond to user inquiries through phone, email, or a ticketing system.You will advocate for our clients, addressing their needs with a high degree of urgency.Take ownership of escalated technical issues from Level-1 support.Diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and network challenges.Perform system updates, configurations, and maintenance tasks diligently.Provide onsite and remote support to clients across various environments.Actively participate in IT projects such as deployments and upgrades.Collaborate effectively with Level 3 support and other technical teams for issue resolution.Document technical configurations, procedures, solutions, and client interactions thoroughly.Maintain current knowledge of IT industry standards, support technologies, and best practices to deliver efficient, reliable, and user-focused technical support.Demonstrate accountability and reliability by consistently meeting deadlines, promptly responding to support requests, and following through on commitments to ensure high-quality service delivery.Engage in continuous learning through training, certifications, and professional development to stay ahead of technological advancements and enhance support capabilities.Technologies :
