Key Responsibilities
Provide fast, friendly, and accurate support through live chat, email, and video conferencing
Guide users through product workflows and troubleshoot technical issues
Capture detailed information using CRM tools and contribute to team knowledge by identifying trends and documentation gaps
Required Qualifications
1-2+ years of experience in customer support or technical support for software products
Experience reading and working with REST APIs and interpreting JSON responses
Familiarity with tools like Postman or curl for API testing
Hands-on experience with multimedia editing software (e.g., Final Cut Pro, Premiere)
Familiarity with Zendesk or similar CRM platforms
