Business Analyst with Data warehouse

Position : Business Analyst (BA) (data warehouse Background)

Location : Wilmington (Delaware), New Jersey (Look for Locals)

The Business Analyst will serve as a key liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to ensure comprehensive understanding and documentation of business needs within the data warehouse (DW) program.

BA :

Must have experience handling Data warehouse projects on a large scale

Must have experience handling projects in insurance domain

Excellent communication skills

Exp : 8-12 years

Key responsibilities include :

Collaborating closely with Product Owners to elicit, analyze, and clearly document detailed business requirements, use cases, and acceptance criteria that drive the development of effective DW solutions.

Translating business processes and objectives into actionable specifications that are easily understood by technical teams, ensuring alignment with overall project goals.

Partnering with Data Architects to ensure that business requirements are accurately reflected in data models, semantic layers, and architectural designs.

Working collaboratively with Quality Assurance (QA) teams to review and validate test cases, ensuring thorough coverage and that developed solutions meet defined business needs and acceptance criteria.

Facilitating communication and continuous feedback loops between business users, development teams, and other stakeholders to quickly address changes, clarify requirements, and mitigate risks.

Supporting agile delivery by contributing to backlog refinement, sprint planning, and review sessions, fostering a shared understanding of business priorities within the development process.

Key Deliverables : Detailed Business Requirement Document (BRD)
