Revenue Cycle Associate

A company is looking for a Revenue Cycle Associate I.

Key Responsibilities

Process and research refunds in accordance with established policies and procedures

Assist with problem resolution and reporting related to payor adjustments and refunds

Provide documentation and communicate audit progress and results effectively

Required Qualifications and Education

High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree or higher preferred

1-2 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, Cash Applications, or equivalent experience

Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel and Word

Basic skills with Microsoft Windows Based Applications

Ability to work independently and in a team environment
