About the Role
The firm is seeking a passionate Director of Wealth Insurance Solutions to expand our Wealth Strategies team. In this prominent role, you will be a vital expert in personal insurance planning for high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals and their families. Your expertise will encompass various insurance products, including life insurance, annuities, long-term care, health insurance, disability, and property / casualty insurance.
This is a client-facing position, working in close collaboration with the company's Wealth Advisors to provide innovative insights, assess client insurance requirements, and formulate tailored solutions. We are looking for an individual with a robust background in risk management and insurance planning, who can effectively communicate complex strategies to audiences of varying expertise.
Your key responsibilities will include : assessing insurance products concerning tax and estate planning, delivering insightful planning research, and enhancing the company's reputation in the high-net-worth sector. The ideal candidate will exhibit strong analytical capabilities, thought leadership, and a flair for interpersonal communication.
Exceptional public speaking skills and a solid academic background are essential. Candidates with strong mathematical abilities and experience using estate planning analytical software and Excel are favored. Our firm values high personal and professional integrity and thrives in a collaborative team environment. You must have a client-service orientation and a proven track record of success, with flexibility for occasional travel.
Applicants must hold mandatory FINRA registrations (SIE, Series 7, and Series 66 or equivalent) and relevant Insurance Licenses (Life, Variable, and / or Property / Casualty), with sponsorship available for FINRA licensing. This position is ideal for intellectually curious and quantitative individuals who excel in building strong relationships within and beyond the firm.
