Wellness Technician / Front Desk – OneSource Vitality

OneSource Vitality is looking for a friendly, dependable Wellness Technician / Front Desk team member who genuinely enjoys helping people feel their best. This role is the heartbeat of our clinic. You’re often the first and last person our clients interact with, so a great personality, calm presence, and strong sense of responsibility are essential.

In this role, you’ll help create a welcoming, relaxing environment for every client who walks through our doors. You’ll greet clients with warmth, check them in and out efficiently, answer phones with professionalism, and assist with scheduling and basic administrative tasks. You’ll also support the wellness team by preparing rooms, cleaning and maintaining equipment, and keeping the clinic organized, clean, and running smoothly throughout the day.

Strong time management is important, as you’ll be balancing front desk responsibilities with clinic flow and client needs. We’re a team-oriented environment, so the ability to work well with others, communicate clearly, and step in where needed is a must. Attention to detail, reliability, and pride in maintaining a calm, spa-like atmosphere are key to success in this position.

No prior experience or certifications are required. On-the-job training and certification will be provided for all of our wellness modalities, including HOCATT therapy, hyperbaric oxygen therapy (HBOT), PEMF therapy, red light bed and red light laser therapy, Class IV laser therapy, EWOT, compression therapy, dry needling, IV therapy, vitamin D light therapy, EBOO, Shiftwave, and The Ammortal Chamber.
