Director of Revenue & Operations – SaaS Growth
Location : Brooklyn, NY (Onsite)
Salary : $180,000–$250,000 + Performance Bonus
About the Role
We're looking for a fast-moving Operator with experience growing B2B & B2C SaaS products . This role is ideal for someone who has worked inside early-stage startups, knows how to scale revenue with a lean team, understands software development cycles, and can manage the day-to-day operations needed to hit aggressive goals.
You should have experience in sales, operations, product coordination, P&L ownership, and rapid execution . You must be equally comfortable closing clients, aligning engineering and product, managing KPIs, fixing problems quickly, and making sure the business runs smoothly as it grows.
This is a true “builder—operator” role for someone who loves being hands-on, solving messy problems, and driving results.
