Education and Training :

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
• Must have a current unencumbered Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license to practice in Tennessee OR Multistate / compact state licensure
• Must be caring, compassionate, have a positive attitude and be a team player
• Must have good communication skills
• Must have an active CPR Certification
• Knowledge of the LPN scope of practice
• Strong Internet, charting system, and email skills
• Must have a reliable source of transportation and maintain a driver's license in good standing

The qualified candidate for this position must be a LICENSED PRACTICAL NURSING. The LPN must be a team player, able to follow oral and written instructions, be capable of charting accurately in the Patient Care Record and possess a pleasant and cheerful personality. Candidates who can present a COVID Vaccination card will be reviewed with high priority.
