Job Summary and Responsibilities

Dignity Health Medical Group - Sequoia is seeking an experienced and team-oriented Orthopedic 1st Assist Physician Assistant (PA) to join our growing Orthopedic Surgery program in Redwood City, CA . This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a respected surgical team in a high-volume setting, providing comprehensive care in both clinic and OR.

Opportunity Highlights :

• Monday - Friday schedule with NO weekend or night call
• Opportunity to assist surgically in a broad range of Orthopedic surgeries (Inpatient AND Outpatient OR)
• Blend of clinic-based patient care and surgical first assist responsibilities
• Participate in pre- and post-operative care and follow-up visits
• Collaborative, team-based environment with strong mentorship and support
• Work alongside renowned orthopedic surgeons Dr. Neal Berger and Dr. Arati Dunbar in a high-volume, well-respected practice

Compensation & Benefits :

Job Requirements

Minimum of 2 years Orthopedic Surgery experience required

Graduation from an accredited Physician Assistant program

Current and unrestricted California PA license and NCCPA certification

Pay Range

$72.11 - $76.92 / hour
