The Systems Manager is a strategic and technical leader responsible for ensuring the availability, reliability, and performance of office systems, applications, and server infrastructure used across the organization. This role is pivotal in delivering seamless user experiences by managing core platforms such as Microsoft 365, Intune, Entra ID, MFA / SSO, SharePoint, and foundational server infrastructure. This leader also drives continuous improvement in user support processes and self-service capabilities.
