We’re seeking a skilled Tax and Compliance Manager to oversee tax, audit, and compliance functions across multiple business entities. This individual will ensure adherence to all federal, state, and local tax regulations while managing financial reporting, audits, and process improvements.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and file tax returns and payments for partnerships, S-corps, trusts, and related individuals.

• Manage financial statement audits and coordinate with external advisors.

• Oversee tax-basis financial statements and complex tax calculations.

• Review fixed assets and depreciation schedules.

• Provide financial insights and reporting to leadership.

• Supervise and develop accounting staff.

• Monitor regulatory changes and ensure compliance.

• Identify opportunities to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.

• 5+ years of tax or compliance experience, including 2+ in a leadership role.

• Strong understanding of federal and state income tax regulations.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong analytical skills.

• CPA or Master’s in Taxation preferred.
