High school diploma or equivalent (Associates or Bachelors degree in Psychology Education or related field preferred)Experience working with children or individuals with developmental disabilities (preferred)Basic understanding of ABA principles (training provided if needed)Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to follow behavior plans under BCBA supervisionPatience reliability and a passion for helping othersAbility to maintain professionalism and confidentialityResponsibilities
