Job Title : Slot Technician
JOB OVERVIEW :
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Slot Technician to join our dynamic team. As a Slot Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing slot machines to ensure optimal performance and guest satisfaction. Your technical expertise and attention to detail will play a crucial role in creating a seamless gaming experience for our patrons.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUCNTIONS :
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on slot machines, ensuring they operate efficiently and comply with gaming regulations.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues with gaming machines, identifying effective solutions in a timely manner.
- Install new slot machines and perform software updates as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of machine maintenance and repairs, including parts inventory and service logs.
- Provide technical support and respond to inquiries from customers and staff regarding machine operation.
- Collaborate with the IT and operations teams to ensure the seamless integration of gaming technologies.
- Adhere to all regulatory and company policies to ensure a safe and responsible gaming environment.
- Continuously seek to improve technical skills and stay updated on industry advancements.
- Ability to be approved for and maintain appropriate gaming license issues by PGCB.
