Personal Injury Law Firm with 2 well established Attorneys, is seeking a Bilingual, Experienced Plaintiff Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience. This is a casual firm with a nice team of employees, and is not fast paced like most Personal Injury firms. You will have a very manageable case load.

Requirements :

Bilingual (English and Spanish)

Strong written communication in both English and Spanish

Understand the Pre-Litigation process through litigation

Proven working experience as a Litigation Paralegal in Plaintiff Personal Injury

Ability to draft and format pleadings

Working knowledge of Local Court Rules of Civil Procedures

Highly organized and the ability to multi-task

Strong writing, communication skills, and detail oriented

Experience in computer software programs for case management and calendaring

Job Description :

Handle Case Management (using CasePeer)

Draft and format pleadings

E-filing in State Court(s)

Manage Medical records requests

Prepare Medical Summaries, if needed

Aid attorney with interrogatories and other discovery requests

Maintain pleadings and discovery indexes

Organize exhibits, documents, evidence, etc.

Gather relevant information when needed

Communicate with opposing counsel, courts, and clients.
