This facility is seeking a Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity :

Schedule : 9a-5p with 1 hour lunch. The current need is for 2 days per month until volume increases, then weekly.

Practice Setting : Outpatient

Scope : Physical Medicine / Orthopedic Sports Injuries

Credentialing Timeframe : 2 weeks

State Licensure : Active State License

Requirements : cervical / thoracic / lumbar RFA, cervical / lumbar facet injections, cervical / lumbar ESI / TFESI injections, SI joint, medial branch blocks, nerve root injections
