Investment Analyst: Credit Research

Penn Mutual Asset Management Team Member

This position will be an integral member of the Penn Mutual Asset Management (PMAM) team and will develop a strong understanding of the markets and provide significant input into decision making by presenting opinions and influencing investment decisions. Candidate Note: This role is a hybrid role which will require an in-office presence in the Philadelphia area.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for credit research in assigned sectors which may include structured securities, investment-grade or high-yield securities. Provide forward-looking credit opinions on securities and sectors
• Present investment ideas to the team in both formal and informal environments
• Develop financial models and conduct industry research

• The ability to work in a fast paced high energy environment
• Experience working in a trading floor environment and ability to deal with distractions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Knowledge of Derivative Solutions and Bloomberg is a plus

Education

• Bachelor's Degree in Finance and/or Economics Required

Experience

• 0-5 Years Investment experience Required

Location: Conshohocken, PA (Hybrid work schedule)

Base salary: $95,000 - $115,000
