[job_card.job_description]5+ years of progressive quality experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing Strong understanding of GMP, CFR, and FDA regulatory requirements Proven leadership experience managing teams of 10+ in QA and / or QC environments Experience in solid-dose pharmaceutical manufacturing Experience with sterile manufacturing, solid oral dosage forms, or other regulated pharmaceutical processes Familiarity with LIMS, Empower, and electronic quality management systems (eQMS) Six Sigma, ASQ certification, or similar quality credentials Knowledge of Metrology and stability programs Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Biology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences Base Salary : $130,000 – $150,000 Benefits : Comprehensive medical, dental, vision, 401K, and paid sick leave (as required by law) Work Schedule : Onsite role with staggered shifts (8 : 00 AM–4 : 00 PM and 11 : 00 AM–7 : 30 PM)
Piper Companies is seeking a Quality Manager to join a leading pharmaceutical manufacturing organization in Miami, FL. This role is critical to ensuring compliance and operational excellence across both Quality Assurance (QA) and Quality Control (QC) functions.
Responsibilities of the Quality Manager :
- Oversee both QA and QC teams
- Ensure compliance with GMP, CFR, and FDA regulations across all quality operations
- Lead quality systems including batch record review, deviations, investigations, and lab operations
- Foster collaboration between QC laboratory and QA functions to maintain product quality and regulatory readiness
