NurseCore is seeking Home Health, Licensed Practical Nurses for Private Duty to join our team, offering flexible scheduling with per-diem and full-time opportunities. Shifts are 8 to 12 hours long, available mornings or overnights depending on your availability. We have patients from pediatrics to adults . Whether you prefer set days or switching between weekdays and weekends , scheduling will be based on availability. A minimum commitment of 16 to 24 hours per week is preferred.
What you’ll do :
- Provide G-tube feedings and maintenance as part of routine patient care
- Perform other skilled nursing tasks as appropriate to the patient’s needs, which may include urinary catheter care, dressing changes, tracheostomy care, and / or ventilator management
- Deliver additional in-home nursing care as outlined in the patient’s plan of care
