Data Migration Specialist

A company is looking for a Data Migration Specialist to transfer large volumes of unstructured labeling data into a new SAP environment.

Key Responsibilities

Retrieve, clean, and transfer labeling data from source systems into the new SAP platform

Generate artwork from migrated data, manage routing workflows, and coordinate approvals

Ensure data accuracy and integrity throughout migration activities

Required Qualifications

Minimum of 3-5 years in the medical device or pharmaceutical sectors

Advanced proficiency with MS Excel including VLOOKUPs, XLOOKUPs, and data validation techniques

Proven experience in organizing, cleaning, and handling large datasets

Hands-on experience with print-on-demand labeling tools such as CodeSoft, Easy Label, Nice Label, or Prism

Strong self-motivation and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
