Responsibilities
The General Manager will oversee and coordinate all branch operations, including sales, marketing, installation, and service. Key responsibilities include :
- Manage all branch operations in line with budgeted financial performance
- Prepare operational and financial projections; develop strategies to achieve goals
- Resolve issues, research problems, and ensure customer expectations are met
- Prepare reports based on performance metrics and team input
- Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies
- Manage client relationships at both local and regional levels, coordinating with corporate staff to maximize business opportunities
- Create a positive work environment by recruiting, training, and retaining high-caliber staff
- Delegate responsibilities and ensure compliance with policies and procedures
- Maintain required certifications / licensing as directed by regional or state guidelines
- Address and resolve errors and complaints with clients and team members
- Support subordinates in daily operations and step in as needed
