Requirements :

• Required Certifications : BLS, NBSTSA
• Required Skills : Acute Hospital OR, Outpatient OR, Cardiac, Endo / Laparoscopic, General, Thoracic, Coronary Artery Bypass Graft (CABG), Mitral valve replacement, Pericardial window, Ventricular Assist Device (VAD), Abdominal Aortic Aneurysm repair, Atherectomy, TAVR (Transaortic Valve Replacement), Lung resection, Laparoscopic assisted cases, VATS (Video-Assisted Thoracic Surgery), Crash Cart, Suturing all wound layers including muscle and fascia, Tying / ligating clamped vessels or tissues, Wound dressing; liquid or spray occlusive, Aseptic Technique, CVOR, Thoracotomy, Case Cart, Cell saver, Drills (multiple types), Electrosurgical units, Fiber optic light sources / cords, Assist to secure drainage system to tissue, Clamping / cauterizing vessels or tissues, Counting sponges & related items with circulating nurse, Cut Tissue, Digital manipulation of tissue, Direct digital pressure, Insert drainage tubes, Manipulation of surgical materials (loops, tags), Suctioning, irrigation, sponging, Isolation Precautions
