Job Highlights

  • Ensure all documentation meets internal standards, legal requirements, and customer expectations
  • Develop and manage customer contracts, including renewals for managed services
  • Collaborate with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Delivery teams throughout the sales cycle
  • Engage with partners to support contract processing, including renewals
  • Review and validate documentation for completeness, accuracy, and risk mitigation

Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Minimum 3 years of professional experience, preferably in IT services
  • Proven experience in pre-sales operations, contract management, or technical writing within IT services
  • Strong understanding of network, infrastructure, and cybersecurity concepts
