Key Responsibilities
Assist with customer inquiries and manage the order process efficiently
Monitor account health and provide basic performance reports
Track inventory levels and coordinate basic aspects of supply chain management
Required Qualifications
2+ years of experience in an administrative, operations, customer support, or similar role
Ability to work a US-based schedule from 8 : 00am-5 : 00pm Central Time
Proficient in Google Workspace, Slack, ClickUp, and Loom
Strong sense of ownership and accountability for task completion
Comfortable working in a fully remote environment
