Location : This is an onsite position in Frankfort, Indiana. Candidates must be local or willing to relocate.

Technical Expectations :

• 3+ years of experience in application support and / or development
• Proficient with relational databases, SQL, and stored procedures
• Experience with Microsoft .NET framework, Visual Studio, and Windows Server
• Proven success receiving problems directly from end users and driving them to resolution while maintaining customer focus, setting expectations, and communicating transparently and professionally
• Intermediate programming skills in C#
• Strong troubleshooting and debugging skills and the ability to systematically isolate issues and identify root causes
• Knowledge of best practices in unit testing, configuration management, and source control
• Familiarity with performance monitoring, APIs, data exchange formats (XML and JSON), and enterprise system integration is a plus
