Job Description

This role will lead the launch of Kite Pharma’s multiple myeloma (MM) therapy in the U.S., coordinating cross‑functional insights and analytics activities across commercial units and external partners.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee US strategic MM planning and execution for CIAO (Commercial Insights, Analytics and Operations), closely liaising with US commercial stakeholders.
• Lead day‑to‑day alliance management for the US launch, serving as the primary contact for external partners on insights and analytics.
• Act as MM GACO Pod Lead, coordinating cross‑functional GACO launch activities, including strategy and operations.
• Oversee internal and partnership alliance forecast process, partnering with Global Insights & Analytics for the long‑range plan as needed.
• Collaborate with US Integrated Insights, Advanced Analytics, Market Access, Sales, Learning & Development, Customer Engagement Technology, and Data Strategy teams to ensure alignment and integration of MM insights and analytics.
• Provide leadership in cross‑functional forums and represent MM interests in portfolio‑level discussions.
• Leverage primary and secondary research insights and team inputs to design and build accurate, actionable, evidence‑based forecasting models.
• Produce analogues, formulate assumptions, and define opportunities and risks associated with the forecast.
• Develop and maintain a dashboard for tracking performance of each product and identify variations versus target, gathering relevant data to evaluate next steps.
• Define analytic priorities with the commercial organization and execute secondary analytics projects, integrating findings with primary market research and competitive intelligence into actionable insights.
• Partner closely with FP&A, supply chain, and other corporate functions to design and execute an effective Kite S&OP process and quarterly revenue reconciliation.
• Drive analytics for planned and ad hoc strategic projects, including scenario analysis to support key business decisions.

Salary Range

Other U.S. Locations : $205,615 – $266,090. Bay Area : $226,185 – $292,710.

Base compensation varies by experience, qualifications, and location. Position may also be eligible for discretionary annual bonus, stock‑based incentives, paid time off, and a benefits package.
