ROLE DESCRIPTION :

FRANKLIN OTHMAN STATE FARM INSURANCE TEAM MEMBER is a sales professionals with the ambition, initiative, self-determination, strong work ethic, career dedication, winning mindset and shows up

Your success is based on :

  • Developing leads, prospects and continually network and conversion
  • Being competitive will drive you to meet and exceed monthly goals
  • Know how to talk; Be an effective communicator both written and verbal
  • Excellent customer service skills is the key and know how to win customers over
  • Self-motivation is key to building a profitable pipeline

    • Qualifications :

  • Property & Casualty / Personal lines and Life insurance licenses (required) in California (AZ & NV).
  • Have computer experience and good organization skill
  • Successful completion of background, credit check, and drug screen
  • Must be able to drive to work M-F during business hours (this is NOT a remote position)
  • Provide proof of automobile liability insurance at time of hire
