Lyra Caregiver Assistance Program - Up to 25 counseling or coaching sessions per eligible member per year

Manages and provides skilled audiology services to patients / clients with a wide variety of diagnoses and disabilities, taking into account an individual patient special physical or age-related needs. Requires skills in patient / client evaluation and treatment, as well as professional consultations to achieve maximum patient / client independence in accordance with the individual patient functional level and potential.

Required Qualifications :

  • Master's Degree From an accredited Audiology program Or
  • Ph.D. From an accredited Audiology program Or equivalent educ / experience
  • Coursework / Training and Specialized Audiology training to meet a particular department need.
  • Upon hire : Oregon Audiologist License
  • Specialized Audiology experience to meet a particular department need.
