Primary Care Physician opportunity in Hartford, Connecticut, offering a true outpatient-only practice with weekdays only, minimal phone call, and strong compensation. Join a well-supported team using Ambient AI to cut documentation time and reduce burnout, allowing you to focus on patient care. Practice details include :

  • Outpatient-only Primary Care (all ages)
  • 100% office-based practice
  • Hospital Employee, Outpatient only
  • Full-time, Monday-Friday schedule
  • Phone call only : averages 2 call weekends per year and 1 weeknight every ~2 months
  • Guaranteed base salary + uncapped incentive bonus
