Regional Sales Manager
This role is responsible for leading a team of Territory Business Managers (TBMs) in the acquisition and maintenance of accounts in the lubricants and fuel industry. You will be expected to manage and build your region's customer base, achieve volume and profit goals, and represent the vision, mission and values.
The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) has a hands-on, strategic approach to working with TBMs, operations and suppliers to grow share-of-wallet with existing accounts and develop new business through a consultative sales approach. The RSM has a desire to enjoy winning against the competition and bring new ideas to the table.
Qualifications
Experience in the fuel and lubricants industry is not required although it can be advantageous. A background or a network within the industrial, on-highway or off-highway commercial, and / or automotive markets is preferred.
