Assembly Specialist First Level Manager

Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities : As an Assembly Specialist First Level Manager, you'll play a key leadership role on the shop floor, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety in all aspects of assembly operations. You'll :

• Lead teams in assembling sub-assemblies and structural units using both metallic and nonmetallic materials, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Oversee mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic system installations, utilizing a range of fasteners and bonding methods.
• Ensure product integrity through rigorous testing using mechanical, electrical, and electronic equipment.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Engineering, Quality, Supply Chain, and external customers to meet specifications, drive continuous improvement, and maintain operational excellence.
