Job Purpose

Participates in engineering solutions as part of the Manufacturing Engineering function, in accordance with TechnipFMC standards, procedures, processes, schedules and budget, with a continuous concern for quality, targets, and customer satisfaction.

General description of scope

Performs with autonomy, in accordance with department and / or project instructions, schedules and processes requirements to Develop the production process to improve the performance standard, Establish new production processes ,Create production documentation, work instructions / Setup sheet , CNC program and / or routings .

Main Accountabilities

• Performs with autonomy, in accordance with department and / or project instructions, schedules and processes requirements to :
• Create production documentation, such as, Setup sheet, CNC programs in NX CAM Software and routings.
• Verify programs in vericut.
• Create cutting tools in TDM.
• Develop the production process to improve the performance standard.
• Establish new production processes.
• Co-ordinate with vendors to create tool library in TDM, develop Post processors of various machines & vericut template.
• Supervises less experienced engineering personnel by checking their calculations and engineering solutions and ensures quality and efficiency of deliverables.
• Review of drawings, part reports and procedures to ensure parts can be safely produced in the most effective and efficient manner possible.
• Provides Quality Notification disposition where required

Required Knowledge / Formal Education

Required Experience

More than 12+ years of relevant experience in CNC programming & Operating CNC machine.

Required Interpersonal Skills

Required Technical Skills

Travel and Other Requirements :

Frequent evening and / or early morning calls to support multiple global manufacturing locations.
