Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for sourcing and engaging applicants through various channels to build talent pipelines
Partner with hiring managers to understand position requirements and advise on strategies to maximize talent pools
Oversee the full recruiting life cycle, including candidate correspondence, screening, interviews, and evaluations
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree
6+ years of relevant experience, with additional education substituting for experience
At least 3 years of experience with applicant tracking systems and full recruiting lifecycle management
At least 2 years of experience sourcing passive candidates
At least 2 years of experience recruiting in the Government Contracting Industry
