JOB TITLE : Maintenance, Full-Time

DEPT : Clarksville, TN

SCHEDULE : Mon thru Fri / 7 am - 4 pm / some overtime may be required

SALARY : D.O.E.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Applicants must have real world experience in plumbing, electrical, construction, and demo
• Build, repair, paint, replace broken items and parts, clean, mow lawns, and all other functions associated with the general maintenance of housing and grounds
• Must be available for on call nights and weekends for emergencies. Applicants will be required to work in all weather conditions including extreme weather conditions
• Applicants will need to follow instructions, have common sense when making decisions, and some heavy lifting will be required.
• Frequently required to stand; walk; use hands to finger, handle, or feel; reach with hands and arms; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl; and talk or hear. The employee is occasionally required to sit, climb or balance.
• The employee must regularly lift and / or move up to 50 pounds and occasionally lift and / or move more than 100 pounds
• If extra hours are needed to complete work, must be flexible and still be pleasant to residents in our housing.
• Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, and depth perception
