Responsibilities

WHAT YOU DO

You will manage the daily operations of Food and Beverage experiences. You will complete administrative tasks assigned to you to ensure proper restaurant business function and putting your staff in a position to truly inspire and make a difference. In addition, there are days when you will hop in to help out a server, run food, bus a table when the restaurant is busy. Other times, you will be truly managing, ensuring our guests are departing with smiles, remembering the experience they just had, and staff has the support and confidence they need to perform at an unparalleled level.

Qualifications

WHO YOU ARE

You are decisive, inspiring, and a natural leader. Your skillset includes superior time management, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills. You have history of leading large teams and getting clear results. The people you work for would describe you as diplomatic, a real problem solver, someone who works well under pressure, and has a highly advanced understanding of food, beverage, and luxury service. Your passion for both food and beverage leads to you encouraging your friends to head out and try new restaurants and bars on your days off. Being "in the thick of it" is what you want, and people aren't going to find you in your office behind a desk. You want to be out with your people, supporting them, and sharing in the business and success with your team. You have several years previous experience in hotel restaurants and may have worked in Michelin Star or James Beard Award winning restaurants. You know what luxury is and how to train others to provide that level of service. You also have a passion for the business side of the industry and enjoy managing for financial results.
