A company is looking for a Sr Enterprise Business Project Manager.

Key Responsibilities

Coordinates, plans, documents, and manages complex projects from concept to delivery

Prepares and delivers executive-level updates and maintains project plans, schedules, and resource requirements

Conducts post-project reviews to capture learnings and identifies areas for improvement

Required Qualifications

8 to 10+ years of experience as a Project / Program Manager

Project Management Professional (PMP) certification required; Lean Six Sigma or agile certification preferred

Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience

Knowledge of the benefits industry is preferred

Able to build trust and facilitate collaboration among stakeholders
