Overview

Title : Events Marketing & Promotions Representative

Location : Ventura, CA area

Schedule : Flexible Part-Time

Compensation : $20.00 per hour + commission

About the role : Payless Kitchen & Bath is a family-owned and operated kitchen, bath, and flooring remodeling company serving Southern California for over 35 years. We help enhance clients\' lives by transforming interior spaces and providing a fun, hassle-free remodeling experience. We seek talented individuals to join our team and support the growth of Payless Kitchen & Bath.

Responsibilities

  • Engage prospects : Initiate conversations with event attendees, answer questions, and provide information about services to generate appointments.
  • Schedule appointments for our sales team to meet with homeowners to discuss kitchen or bathroom remodeling needs.
  • Learn and execute our scripts.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED
  • 1+ years’ experience in sales, lead generation at shows and events, or similar experience
  • Outgoing, extroverted and friendly personality
  • Self-motivated with a strong work ethic
  • Persuasive and results oriented
  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Flexible to work evenings and weekends
  • Reliable transportation (will travel to and from listed events with setup items)
  • Attend monthly department meetings and other company meetings
  • Clean criminal background and drug-free required
