A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Processor to manage loan applications and support the loan approval process.
Key Responsibilities
Manage a pipeline of 40-50 loans per month, including refinances and home equity loans
Review loan application packages for completeness and accuracy, and gather required documentation
Provide prompt and professional communication to customers, loan officers, and underwriters
Required Qualifications
Minimum of 2 years recent mortgage loan experience
Self-directed and motivated, comfortable in a fast-paced environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, DU, LP, and CRM
Detail-oriented with strong decision-making skills
Ability to establish ongoing relationships through excellent customer service
