Data Entry - Input Program Data & Assist with Follow-Ups

As a Data Entry Volunteer, you will play a vital role in keeping Peer Voices United (PVU) organized and effective. This position focuses on entering program information into our database P2R APP and CRM Platform, ensuring accuracy, and helping with follow-up tasks to support our team and participants. Your attention to detail will directly help us track progress, measure impact, and stay connected with those we serve.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Input program data into PVU’s system accurately and efficiently
  • Update and maintain client/volunteer records as needed
  • Assist with follow-up tasks such as sending reminders, emails, or phone calls
  • Ensure confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure data is complete and up to date

Commitment:
