About the Role

The Cardiac Ultrasound Technician will play a crucial role in our team, responsible for performing echocardiograms, stress echocardiograms, and assisting in the diagnosis and treatment of cardiovascular conditions.

Responsibilities

• Perform echocardiograms..
• Prepare patients for examinations and explain procedures.
• Analyze and interpret ultrasound images.
• Collaborate with physicians to discuss findings and assist in patient management.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Qualifications

• Stress echo experience (can offer additional training)
• Echos completed in 30 minutes or less.
• Certification as a Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer (RDCS or RCS)

Required Skills

• Proficient in performing echocardiograms.
• Strong understanding of cardiac anatomy and physiology.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in a clinical cardiology setting.
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems.

Pay range and compensation package
