Provide technical support for CWS products by performing RO (Reverse Osmosis) instrumentation and controls design document and drawing generation PLC and HMI program troubleshooting testing and Quality activities.

Your Responsibilities Will Be :

• Provides technical support and solutions to the sales team and customers from pre-sale strategy through client implementation and installation.
• Maintains extensive knowledge of complex aspects of products and systems.
• Analyzes customer requirements and illustrates how company solutions can provide value and support their organization.
• Works in partnership with the supply chain and sales team to confirm costs strategize sales approaches and ensure attainment of sales quotas.
• Prepares proposals and technical responses to RFI and RFPs.
• Understands specific client systems and equipment requirements in order to identify additional sales opportunities to provide to the sales team.
• Recommends modifications to standard products to meet individual customer requirements within practical company and economic limitations.
• Provides written / verbal quotations and performs necessary follow-up in accordance with enterprise resource planning (ERP) and company price lists electronic quote tool and contractual discount schedules.
• May perform costing analysis on product line items versus published pricing to arrive at gross margin calculation for review and approval by Applications and Sales Managers.
• May coordinate customer delivery requirements with the Production Department and configure technical solutions for customers to ensure successful customer integration.
• Anticipates and answers client / sales questions on product functionality / usage application inquiries and appropriate product recommendation in a timely manner.
• Assists customers with troubleshooting problems handles customer complaints and solves problems in a prompt professional manner; may be involved in investigating and reporting on warranty claims and return goods authorization (RGA) process.
• Collaborates and transfers technical knowledge with sales staff trainers and product support.
• Provides feedback to development marketing literature website development and other system tools to boost productivity and as needed to increase sales of the Divisions products.
• Provides consultation or demonstrations remotely from the office possibly onsite at trade shows or by visiting at client site for sales or service-related activities.

Performs other duties of a similar nature and level as assigned.

Office Positions - This job operates in a professional office environment. This role routinely uses standard office equipment such as computers phones photocopiers filing cabinets and fax machines. This job is located in a manufacturing facility where you are exposed to extreme temperatures and loud noises.
