Paul Mitchell The School Indianapolis is on the lookout for a passionate full-time or part-time Nail Instructor to join our fantastic team right here in Indianapolis! As a Nail Instructor, you'll be instrumental in shaping the next generation of talented nail professionals, guiding them on their journey to becoming licensed and confident artists.

THE BASICS

Pay: You can expect to earn $20 per hour for your expertise.

Schedule: Our instructors typically work Tuesday through Saturday, from 9 AM to 5 PM for full-time and Monday through Thursday 5 PM to 10 PM for part-time.

YOUR DAY AS A NAIL INSTRUCTOR

As you step into the vibrant classroom, you feel a sense of purpose, knowing you are guiding aspiring nail technicians to pass the Indiana State Board. You demonstrate techniques, helping them perfect their skills while working on guests who leave with stunning nails. Engaging with each student, you offer personalized feedback and encouragement, ensuring they grasp the curriculum fully. Throughout the day, you register their grades, watching their progress unfold, and each small victory reaffirms your passion for teaching and dedication to nurturing future beauty professionals.

OUR IDEAL NAIL INSTRUCTOR

• Nail instructor or cosmetology instructor license in Indiana
• Nail salon experience
