Ingredion is hiring a Senior Manager to lead the US and Canada General Accounting and Indirect Tax functions while supporting the Controllers Organization globally.

Based in Tulsa this role reports to the Director Tulsa IGS and will oversee a team of 1015 accountants including indirect leadership of team members in Guadalajara MX. The Senior Manager will collaborate across finance sales customer success technology legal and other business areas to lead accounting operations indirect tax and controllership initiatives.

What will you do :

• Hire coach and develop accounting staff by setting clear expectations and managing performance.
• Lead the Month-End Close process including trial balance reviews journal entries reconciliations and consolidation loads.
• Oversee the Indirect Tax Department including filings payments and compliance.
• Drive multiple Corporate Finance & Accounting projects to improve close process efficiency and accuracy.
• Support acquisition integration efforts and ERP ledger mapping (e.g. SAP).
• Ensure strong internal control design and SOX compliance.
• Present monthly operating reviews and financial results to executive leadership and key stakeholders.

Pay Range :

$131200.00-$174933.33 Annual

This pay range is not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Final base salary will be determined based on several factors which may include but are not limited to responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data and applicable bargaining agreement (if any).

Incentive Compensation :

As a part of the total compensation package this role may be eligible for the Ingredion Annual Incentive Plan or a role-specific commission / bonus.
