LHH Recruitment Solutions is partnering with a company near Gilbert who is in search of a front desk receptionist. This job is fully onsite, Monday-Friday 8am-5pm. Pay is $17 / hr.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is professional, customer-service-oriented, and eager to grow in an office environment.

Responsibilities :

• Greet visitors and clients in a warm, professional manner
• Answer and route incoming phone calls
• Manage the front desk and maintain a clean, organized reception area
• Handle incoming / outgoing mail and deliveries
• Assist with basic administrative tasks such as filing, scanning, and data entry
• Provide support to office staff as needed
