We are seeking a full-time

• Associate Attorney
• to join our workers' compensation practice. This role involves managing a caseload from intake through litigation. We're open to training the right candidate—even if you don't have prior workers' comp experience.
• What You'll Do
• Communicate with clients, adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Draft legal documents including hearing memoranda, appeals, motions, and discovery
• Appear regularly before hearing officers, appeals officers, and judges
• Manage your own caseload with administrative support
