Boeing Defense Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for an Experienced Operations Program Analyst (Level 4) to join the F-15 Manufacturing Integration team in Berkeley MO!

The F-15 Operations Program Analyst will utilize project management skills and principles to develop plan lead and direct projects including feasibility constraints processes schedule cost and risks for the F-15 program. Staffing integration and factory transformation activities will be additional aspects of this role.

Position Responsibilities :

• Leads the planning development maintenance or modification of program plans recover schedules and execution of projects; coordinates with affected organization regarding impact to the company. Performs and documents analyses.
• Manages projects to support strategic initiatives affecting the ability of the organization to achieve specific goals and objectives.
• Leads consultation and training on procedures and processes related to production.
• Develops advanced manufacturing technology and guides its implementation into production.
• Provides analysis and product development initiatives for manufacturing program and support organizations.
• Communicates with internal / external stakeholders to ensure products and services meet requirements.
• Develops and establishes lead time requirements and identifies production constraints.
• Supports program planning requests for the development of new and derivative products.
• Develops project plans for realigning work statement to support production requirements and meet company strategy for work placement.
• Supports proposal preparation and new business development efforts.
• Coaches and trains others. Works with minimal direction.
