Job Description

Oversee day-to-day construction activities to keep projects on schedule and within budget. Direct and coordinate subcontractors to ensure quality workmanship and compliance with safety regulations. Establish and uphold safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment. Monitor project milestones, resolve issues quickly, and prevent potential delays. Communicate regularly with clients, project managers, and team members to provide updates and address concerns.

The Successful Applicant

Experience managing education / municipal / fire station construction projects with strong technical knowledge. Ability to lead teams, ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency on-site. In-depth knowledge of safety standards and enforcement of protocols. Strong problem-solving skills to resolve issues and maintain project timelines. Excellent communication and leadership for effective coordination with clients and teams.
