Accountant

We're looking for a reliable and detail-focused Accountant to join the team and support daily financial operations. In this role, you'll handle core accounting tasks such as reconciliations, reporting, and assisting with month-end close. If you have a few years of experience in accounting and are ready to take the next step in your career, we'd love to hear from you.

Responsibilities :

Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable

Perform bank and credit card reconciliations

Assist with month-end close and financial reporting

Maintain general ledger accuracy and journal entries

Process payroll and support tax filings

Help prepare reports for internal use and external audits

Support budgeting and forecasting activities

Qualifications :

2–4 years of accounting or bookkeeping experience

Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field

Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software

Strong Excel skills and attention to detail

Ability to meet deadlines and work independently

Understanding of GAAP is preferred
