Computer (Print) Operator

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on tasks, can work independently, and is comfortable supporting production print equipment.

• Responsibilities
• Operate and monitor high-volume printing devices.
• Load and organize various paper products required for daily print jobs.
• Start, track, and manage print jobs throughout the shift.
• Offload completed print output and deliver hardcopy materials to designated locations.
• Monitor the print queue and ensure timely processing of queued jobs.
• Identify and escalate issues or incidents following established procedures.
• Create incident tickets when technical problems arise.
• Perform light physical tasks such as lifting and moving bundles of paper.
• Assist with other duties as assigned.
• Required Skills & Qualifications
• Ability to operate or learn to operate large printing equipment.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Basic understanding of print queue management.
• Ability to lift and move paper bundles as needed.
• Willingness to follow procedures and escalate issues appropriately.
• Comfortable creating and documenting incidents in a ticketing system.
• Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in printer support or production environments (not required but helpful).

This is a Contract position based out of Sioux Falls, SD.

• Pay and Benefits
• The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $30.00 / hr.
